Customer Service Team
Are you looking for an active position that keeps you busy and engaged all day? Christensen’s Plant and Hardscape Center is seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Team. “Desk jockeys” need not apply. This is an outdoor, hands-on and unique opportunity. You will help our customers, landscape professionals, from start to finish, from selecting materials to loading their truck.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Taking customer orders
- Retrieving plants from inventory
- Processing customer orders
- Processing customer payment
- Operating equipment
- Loading customer orders
Experience with plants and operating equipment is helpful but not necessary. We’re happy to train, if you’re ready to learn. Christensen’s Plant and Hardscape Center has a team-oriented atmosphere with co-workers that pitch in and grow together.
Starting pay is $18.00/hour but will increase with applicable experience.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift – Day shift
Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays may be required)
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Nursery/Landscape: 1 year (preferred)
Education: High School or Equivalent (preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (preferred)

Yard Operations Team

- Unloading shipments
- Receiving material
- Staging product
- Plant care and maintenance
- Irrigation maintenance
- Equipment operation
Our excellent benefit package includes Health and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401(k) Retirement Savings. We offer a $500 Welcome Bonus after 90 days plus the opportunity to receive additional bonuses based on personal and company performance each year. Compensation is evaluated yearly with opportunities to increase annually. For everyone’s safety, we are committed to a random drug testing program.
