Yard Operations Team
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working in a busy, wholesale nursery and landscape supply operation. You’ll help pull and stage orders, load customer and company trucks, receive incoming plant material, care for nursery inventory and keep the yard organized, safe and moving.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Full-time seasonal position with consistent hours during the busy season. Some Saturdays and overtime may be required during peak periods.
What You’ll Do
- Pull and stage trees, shrubs, perennials and related materials for customer orders
- Load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks
- Unload incoming material
- Organize and maintain nursery inventory
- Water and care for plant material as assigned
- Help customers locate and load materials
- Operate carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, loaders and other yard equipment as assigned
- Keep sales, loading and work areas clean, organized and safe
- Assist with seasonal setup, cleanup and general yard operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable, on time and ready to work
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work in changing weather
- Able to safely lift and move plant material and other products
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail when pulling, staging and loading orders
- Comfortable working around trucks and equipment
- Nursery, landscaping, agriculture, construction, warehouse or equipment experience a plus
- We will train the right person who is willing to learn

Hardscape Yard Associate
This is a full-time, entry level, seasonal position.
Christensen’s Plant and Hardscape Center is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our Plymouth team as a Hardscape Yard Associate.
This is a hands-on, outdoor position working with pavers, retaining wall block natural stone, bulk materials and related landscape products. You will help keep the yard organized, load customer/contractor orders, receive incoming materials and handle products safely and accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload hardscape materials for customers/contractors
- Operate forklifts, loaders and other yard equipment
- Pull and stage customer orders accurately
- Receive and put away incoming product
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe yard
- Help customers locate and load materials
- Restack, straighten and maintain inventory
- Assist with general yard operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and willing to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting 50+ pounds
- Able to work safely around heavy equipment and material
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail when pulling and loading orders
- Forklift, loader, landscape, construction or hardscape experience a plus!
- We will train the right person who is willing to learn
